District 8 Turns 10: Carl Cox Headlines Birthday Edition of D8 In The Garden
In August, District 8 marked a decade of shaping Dublin’s electronic music scene. To celebrate, legendary UK DJ Carl Cox headlined a special D8 In The Garden birthday edition on Sunday, 4th August, at Palmerstown House Estate, Naas, County Kildare. It was an unforgettable night of music and energy.
The anniversary show was part of a three-event D8 In The Garden series this summer. Originally launched as a pop-up venue in 2014, District 8 has evolved through venue changes and reinvention. The D8 In The Garden series, inspired by Montreal’s Piknic Électronik, debuted last year, bringing open-air electronic music experiences to Ireland.
